Introduction & relationship building
Join public rides, approved events and community activities to get to know the family and see if there is a positive cultural fit.

Prospective Member
Evaluation & membership consideration
A 30–90 day evaluation period. Attend meetings and rides, meet with leadership, and agree to the Code of Conduct while we get to know one another.

Full Member
Approved member of RollinOn3 Indiana
Represent the club officially, vote on organizational matters, and become eligible to hold leadership positions and serve on committees.

How Advancement Works
Guest Rider
Attend events, learn about the club, and build relationships.
Membership Interest
Complete this application and request Prospective Member consideration.
Prospective Period
Complete the 30–90 day evaluation and participate in activities.
Leadership Review
We review participation, character, commitment, culture fit and safety.
Membership Decision
Leadership approves, extends evaluation, or declines the request.
Full Member Onboarding
Welcome info, expectations, event details and member responsibilities.
